Returns must be authorized within 30 days of receiving the product.
If you are returning a product for a refund, FMP will refund the full purchase price excluding any shipping charges incurred on the original order. You are responsible for the shipping costs on the product that you are returning to FMP. We do not credit any original shipping charges toward an exchange.
If the return is needed as a result of manufacturing defect, or our mistake, FMP will pay the shipping charges - both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item.
▪ Please call our Customer Service department at 1-615-628-8584 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number and instructions before sending any items. When the RA number has been approved, we will issue a return shipping label (with the printed RA #) to you which must be attached to the carton in order for us to accept the return.
▪ The item must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product is in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it.
▪ All exchanges/returns must be returned in original packing, complete with blank warranty cards, owner's manual and no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to disqualification.
If you are returning an item for any reason other than defect, you are responsible for shipping. Please contact customer service and request an RA number before shipping items in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed in 2-3 days after receiving the return.
